Quaker Parakeet - Small - Adult - Female - Bird - Carlisle

Hello! Iam Carlisle, a Quaker Parakeet. I had plucking issues before coming to the rescue but am now letting my feathers grow back. Unlike most Quakers I am not territorial of my cage. I love to be scritched and spend time with you. I have a large area of scar tissue on my chest from falling and landing on my keel. The vet says it will not create any problems and when all my feathers grow back it will be hidden and not noticable.
