Our target market is the houses that we can sell under market value for an average of $100k. Working class people and couples can now afford these properties because their mortgages with Principal & Interest, Taxes and Insurance will not exceed $850-$900 per month. Most of these people are currently renting for $1000-$1200 per month, so now they have the opportunity to purchase a new house and at the same time reduce their monthly outlay. We find the buyers by running newspaper and internet ads and by signage.
