FOR RENT - 2000 Coachman Leprechaun 31' class C rv, can sleep up to 10, gets around 10 miles per gallon, and is easy to drive. Our rolling bunkhouse boasts 6 adult sized bunk beds in the rear, a double bed over the driver, and 2 pull out beds in the front lounge. Its most comfortable with 4 - 8 with consideration to luggage, etc. It has a full kitchen with a large fridge and lots of cabinet storage for supplies. There is a tv,dvd, vcr, etc. All the comforts of home! This is a great rig for any small group . Full tow package if you wish to pull a trailer. However there is NO SMOKING. You can take a safe trip in this excellent condition, fully functional, reliable land-yacht . We are offering more than one rental option. #1 - YOU DRIVE RATES FROM $150 PER DAY. You provide a binder from your insurance company, usually at no cost to you. #2) Stationary rental, at campground or a secure area. We will deliver, set up, and pick up when done. Rates vary for this, but we are happy to work with you once we know your needs. Its a great temporary guest house for when our family and friends invite themselves over. lol We are happy to combine services in any combination that might suit your needs. For our out of state travelers, we can offer airport pick up and drop off to all Florida airports. Also, we do not have FOR RENT signs painted all over our RV. You don't have to think about being a target in your travels due to driving a billboard around town. Instead you will simply look like another happy rv owner. Rental Terms Rental Period is a 2 day minimum for all rentals. On certain occasions, we may be able to work with the customer to satisfy special needs. Reservation deposit: is $250.00 to $500.00, which is applied toward rental fee. (Required on all rentals). Deposit is refundable up to 14 days before departure. No refunds if less than 14 days notice of cancelation. Proper identification (valid drivers license) must be presented when reserving a vehicle. Security (Damage) deposit: $500.00-$1,000.00 This is refundable if unit is brought back in good condition with no damage, is clean, and filled with fuel. Call for pet information, usually $100 per pet fee. Possible additional damage deposit. Holding tanks must be empty when unit is returned. A Dumping Fee of $60.00 will be charged if tanks are not empty upon return. Gasoline tanks are full upon departure and must be returned full. Operating instructions will be given at time of departure. Please allow 30-45 minutes. Towing is allowed with with additional fee. Smoking is not allowed. All renters must have insurance: Your auto insurance company should be able to provide you with a binder. All fees are payable by cash, paypal, or personal check.
